(the "Corporation") (TSX:SES) is pleased to announce that all of the nominees listed in the management information circular dated March 31, 2014 were elected as directors of the Corporation at its annual meeting of shareholders held on May 8, 2014 (the "Meeting"). In addition, the other item of business considered at the Meeting, the re- appointment of MNP LLP, Chartered Accountants as the Corporation's independent auditors, was approved at the Meeting.

This division offers a wide range of services including pipeline integrity (excavation, inspection, repair, replacement and rehabilitation); remediation and reclamation; demolition and decommissioning; asset recovery; and environmental construction.
