CALGARY, Sept. 30, 2011 /CNW/ - Secure Energy Services Inc. (TSX:SES) ("Secure" or the "Corporation") announced today that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of the Silverdale (02-06-049-27 W3M) processing facility from Emerge Oil & Gas Inc. for an aggregate cash purchase price of $18.0 million.
