("Secure" or the "Corporation") (TSX:SES) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the month of July of $0.0125 per common share ("Common Share") payable on or about July 15, 2013 (the "July 2013 Dividend") to shareholders of record on July 1, 2013. The ex-dividend date is June 26, 2013. This dividend is an eligible dividend for the purpose of the Income Tax Act (Canada). Shareholders are reminded that the Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") is available to all eligible shareholders. To be an eligible shareholder, a shareholder must be resident in Canada and must not be a "U.S. person" within the meaning of U.S. federal securities laws.
